Jason and HisBig Feelings
What if your child could say “I feel frustrated” instead of melting down? A coloring book series that gives kids the words, and gives the grown-ups in their lives the tools.

Jason Faces His Fears
What if your child could say “I’m scared AND I can try”?
Jason has a big week ahead. On Friday, he has to stand up in front of his whole class for Star Share Day, and his tummy won’t stop flipping. A thunderstorm, a giant slide, and a forgotten word all set off his fear alarm. With help from his family and friends, Jason learns what fear feels like, how to tell a STOP fear from a TRY fear, and that being brave means feeling scared and trying anyway.
- 22 story pages to color, following Jason’s brave week
- Four coping tools: Star Breathing, Brave Words, Notice Five, and Ask for Help
- Activity pages, a brave ladder, and an “I Faced My Fears!” certificate
- A grown-ups guide with words to use and activities for home

Meet Sean Hutchinson
For more than 15 years, Sean Hutchinson has built his career in operations: designing systems, leading teams, and turning big ideas into structures that work. That work taught him that lasting change rarely comes from good intentions alone. It comes from clear messages, steady routines, and tools people can actually use.
In 2025, Sean began investing in real estate with a purpose bigger than the property itself: building community. He dedicated his first property to parents in urban neighborhoods working to rebuild their lives and create stability for their families. There, he saw that the children carried big feelings without the words to name them, and that their parents wanted to help but didn’t always have the tools.
That realization became Jason and His Big Feelings.
It wasn’t just the kids who needed support. Parents needed tools too, something they could sit down and learn right alongside their children.
